Products Application:
This equipment is used to produce single or double color polyurethane earplugs.
Products Component:
This equipment includes one polyurethane foaming machine and one automatic flow
production line. The flow production line has single and double sides for choose, which
depends on the production capacity.
Products Characters:
1. Continuous automatic production line can increase production capacity and reduce the
rejected products.
2. Mold using water heating, guaranteed the stable temperature of the mold.
3. The whole equipment adopts PLC programming, automatic to control the injection, opening
and closing of the molds, the equipment head using automatic cleaning.
4. production capacity: A.single side production line is equiped with 25pcs molds, each molds
can produce 48pcs of ear plugs each time, each hour can produce around 4500pairs ear plugs;
B. double side production line is equiped with 50pcs molds, each molds can produce 48pcs of
ear plugs each time, each hour can produce around 9000pairs ear plugs.
